Dota 2: All Heroes That Currenly Have an Arcana

Here are all the heroes that you can play in Dota 2 with an Arcana.

Although we had to wait a few more weeks, The International 10 Battle Pass finally arrived. Apart from all the usual goodies that you get with it, one thing definitely stood out – you can unlock three arcanas. This took everyone by surprise because we were used to having one arcana at most. In fact, arcana-unlocking trend began two years ago when Valve decided to release one for IO.

Last year, Earthshaker was the chosen one and now, we got three new heroes – Wraith King, Queen of Pain, and Windranger. This means that there are a lot of heroes that have such a cosmetic item. So, if you’re new to Dota 2 and you don’t know them, feel free to read this article. We will list every hero that has an arcana, starting from the first one.

Lina

The first arcana that was ever released in Dota 2 was for Lina. Unlike today, there was no voting or rewards. Instead, Valve just decided to make it and release it. It’s called Fiery Soul of the Slayer and you can still purchase it today.

Legion Commander

A few months after Lina’s arcana, another extremely popular hero also joined the club. Although people expected it to be Pudge, it turned out Legion Commander would be the hero with the new arcana. It’s known as the Blades of Voth Demosh, and you can purchase it from the Steam Shop.

Terrorblade

The next hero on our list is one of the strongest carries in Dota 2. Terrorblade’s arcana is called Fractal Horns of Inner Abysm, and it’s by far the most unique arcana even today. Unlike the rest, each TB arcana has different colors, depending on the gem. Some of them can reach hundreds of Euros due to their rarity. So, if you’re lucky enough to have one, you can make a lot of money if you decide to sell it on the Steam Market.

Techies

This is one of the most interesting heroes that you can play in Dota 2. So, it probably doesn’t come as a surprise that you can also purchase an Arcana for it. However, judging from our experience, this is probably the least popular Arcanas out of all. You can get it from the Dota 2 shop or the Steam market and it’s called Swine of the Sunken Galley Bundle.

Shadow Fiend

Arguably one of the most breath-taking Arcanas in Dota 2. Shadow Fiend looks absolutely stunning with the Demon Eater on. If you’re a fan of the hero or you’re an active mid laner, this is something that you should get. Luckily, you can purchase it just like the other Arcanas before it.

Phantom Assassin

The Manfolx Paradox is a pretty unique Arcana that was released shortly after the one for Shadow Fiend. The most interesting part about it is that this gave the start to the entire Arcana-vote process. Phantom Assassin has always been one of the most picked Dota 2 heroes, so it’s not surprising that it was the first hero that people picked.

Crystal Maiden

The Frost Avalanche is a really cute Arcana that every Crystal Maiden player will appreciate. Even though it was released after the one for PA, it wasn’t a part of any voting process. Instead, Valve decided to release it as a part of a big update.

Nowadays, you can still purchase it, much like the other Arcanas we’ve covered until now.

Zeus

The second winner from the Arcana vote was Zeus. Although this happened way back in 2015, you can still get this item today. One of the main reasons why Zeus won back then was due to the fact that he had no other cosmetic items. Now, a few years later, he still only has a few cosmetic items.

If you want to buy this item, type Tempest Helm of the Thundergod in the Steam Market or just do it via the in-game shop.

Money King

Monkey King was one of the most successful new-hero releases in Dota 2. He was so broken that Valve had to nerf him a couple of times, just so the hero could become somewhat balance. Apart from the hero, we could also get our hands on an amazing Arcana for him called Great Sage’s Reckoning. Similar to all of the other Arcanas so far, you can purchase this even now.

Juggernaut

One of the most famous carry heroes in Dota 2 also got the chance for an Aracana. Similar to PA and Zeus, Juggernaut won the vote way back during TI 6. As a result, a few months later, players had the option to purchase the Bladeform Legacy. Even though some players might not like it, we believe that it is one of the best-looking Arcanas out there.

IO

IO’s Arcana was the first one that you could get only from the Battle Pass. This item was given as a reward to players who’ve reached a certain level during the TI 7 Battle Pass. So, if you’ve missed your chance, you can’t get it anymore.

Hopefully, Valve will allow us to be able to purchase it at some point in the future.

Pudge

The Feast of Abcession is one of the most popular Arcanas in Dota 2 and that’s not really a surprise, considering the fact that it belongs to Pudge. As you know, this is perhaps the most famous Dota 2 hero, which is why almost every passionate Pudge player has it.

The hero managed to win the arcana vote back during TI 7, which means that you can buy it even today.

Rubick

After Pudge, Rubick was the next hero that won the arcana vote. So, if you’re interested in purchasing The Magus Cypher, you can do it right now.

Rubick became extremely popular when he was first released, which is why it’s somewhat surprising that it took him so long to win the Arcana vote

Earthshaker

The second Arcana that was given as a reward to the TI 9 Battle Pass owners was Planetfall. Similar to the one for IO, players had to reach a certain level in order to obtain this item.

Unfortunately, you can’t buy this item yet even if you want to. The only thing that you can ask a friend that has it to swap the hero once he picks it.

Ogre Magi

Ogre was the most surprising TI Arcana winner ever. Even though most people thought it was a joke, the hero really won the vote after beating Windranger in the Grand Final. As a result, a few months later, players got the chance to purchase this item and ruin the fun of the enemy offlaners.

Wraith King

We’ve finally reached the last three Arcanas, all of which are available in the TI 10 Battle Pass. This means only one thing – if you want to get them, you have to do it now. Once the Battle Passi is over, these items will become untradable.

The One True King makes Wraith King look really similar to what he used to look like in DotA. Some players will definitely love this, whereas others won’t.

Queen of Pain

The second Arcana that you get from this year’s Battle Pass is called Eminence of Ristul. It belongs to Queen of Pain, one of the most popular mid laners back in the days. In order to get your hands on it, you have to reach level 445.

Windranger

We’ve finally reached the end of this Article and the last Arcana. This time, Valve chose to finally give Windranger what she deserves, after failing to win the vote several times in a row. The Compass of the Rising Gate can be unlocked when you manage to get to level 575, which will definitely take a while.
