CSGO Tuscan is finally here!

After what feels like forever, CSGO Tuscan is finally here.

CSGO might be several years old, but the game continues to attract players from all over the world. Even though some watch the game because they are interested in betting on CSGO, others play regularly. If you belong to the second group of people, you will be happy to learn that Tuscan is finally available.

Some of you may not recognize this map, but those who’ve played CS 1.6 will be impressed. Since this was one of CS’s most successful games, Tuscan was an extremely popular map. It may not have been as big as de_dust2, but people play on it even today.

After waiting for a lot of time, catfood on Twitter finally announced that Tuscan is now accessible in the workshop. Unsurprisingly, the map looks incredible and will appeal to many CSGO players, especially those who want to try something new.

Catfood and Brute are the people behind this project, and they wanted it to be special. As a result, they’ve transformed the Tuscan most people are aware of and made it modern and appealing. What’s even more impressive is that the map is playable, so you can put it to the test.

Some of you may not know, but this map has been on the radar for a couple of years now. In fact, the hype started around 2019, but the developers didn’t want to release it until it was ready. It seems like the time has finally come because CSGO Tuscan is finally available.

During the time that people worked on it, only a couple of professional players had the chance to access it. This probably doesn’t come as a surprise because those people had to make sure that the map was balanced.

Interesting facts about CSGO Tuscan

Even though this is the newest map in CSGO, and it looks completely different from the one from CS 1.6, there are some similarities. In fact, the people behind the project used pretty much the same map layout. The idea behind their decision was to allow old-school players to have a go without feeling as if they’re playing a completely new thing.

One of the best things about the new Tuscan is that the map is not as colorful as it was a couple of years ago. This was one of the big problems for the developers because many people felt like the map belonged to Overwatch rather than CSGO. However, it seems like the devs listened to their fans because Tuscan’s latest version looks stunning. In fact, the map resembles the colors found in Inferno, which is a good thing for some players.

The future

The map has been available for a couple of days now, so we are yet to see whether it will become popular. Judging from what happened in CS 1.6, we think it is just a matter of time before it becomes available in matchmaking. Who knows, we might even see the map in some upcoming CSGO events.
