Robin “ropz” Kool will reportedly join FaZe.
MOUZ has announced the departure of ropz after four and a half years of relation with the star. This makes IEM Winter his last tournament with the organization. According to reports, the Estonian professional will join FaZe, linking up with Finn “karrigan” Andersen.
Farewell @ropzicle.
We will cherish the memories we made together in the last 4 1/2 years.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 pic.twitter.com/u8BfqE4VYi— MOUZ (@mousesports) December 29, 2021
MOUZ were inconsistent throughout the 2021 season. With no major achievements and lack of stability, it is no surprise that the org is changing its roster.
Starting as a content creator, playing Call Of Duty, ropz has managed to become a top player in CS:GO. Unlike most professionals, the 22-year-old doesn’t have a big portfolio of teams. He started his Tier-1 professional career with MOUZ and carried himself brilliantly. HLTV named ropz the seventh best player of 2020 and the MVP of ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals.
With the recent changes, MOUZ will look to make a comeback and earn their spot in the competitive scene. The org will compete in the upcoming Intel Extreme Masters Katowice tournament which is set to start from the middle of February. Christopher “dexter” Nong will lead the team who are yet to announce their replacement for ropz
