CSGO News: Heroic Teases Brand Overhaul

Early this morning, the official Twitter of Heroic.gg and its players replaced their profile pictures with a plain black picture and tweeted out a mysterious tweet teasing a makeover of their existing brand.

The last time that the team unveiled a new logo was April 2017.

The tweet, which features a loading bar that loads to 33% and reveals the letters “H” and “E” behind it, is the first hint that Heroic will debut a new logo before the ICE Challenge. That tournament starts tomorrow, and the team will compete against Na’Vi, AVANGAR, and North for a $50,000 prize pool. Heroic failed to qualify for the IEM Katowice Major earlier last month.

Along with a new logo, fans could also have a new website to browse. The current Heroic.gg site still lists MODDII as on the roster and makes no mention of recent additions like blameF. Heroic was sold to Seranades Global Inc. from RFRSH Entertainment in November of last year.

UPDATE

1:58 PM CST:

Their current roster is as follows:

Patrick “es3tag” Hansen

Adam “friberg” Friberg

Asger “AcilioN” Larsen

Daniel “mertz” Mertz

Benjamin “blameF” Bremer

Luis “peacemaker” Tadeu (Coach)
