Farewell to tarik the “Content King”.
Tarik “tarik” Celik parted ways with EG after being inactive for eight months. He is one of the most renowned players and was a crucial part of the North American team during his prime days.

Tarik joined Evil Geniuses at the end of September, 2019. He has since made some incredible contributions for the team. Winning nine LANs and one Major tournament including trophies like ESL One Cologne 2020 NA and BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Americas Finals. A middle school kid who started his journey in Counter-Strike, tarik came a long way and presently he is one of the best players to play the game.
In his inactive days, tarik created content for EG, focusing on streaming games for the American org. However, EG is amid a major overhaul. The only players left on the roster are Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte and Tsvetelin “CeRq” Dimitrov. The NA side will reportedly make some decent signings within a few days’ time. Some of the linked names are Jacky “Stewie2K” Yip from Team Liquid and Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså from OG. They have already confirmed the signing of Damien “maLeK” Marcel as their new head coach. MaLeK was part of G2 who had a great last season and were posing a challenge to a team like NAVI.
