Copenhagen Flames have announced they will part ways with their female roster to build the Danish female team.
After six months of playing under CPH Flames pennants, the organization has decided not to continue their partnership with their female team.
The decision was made due to high costs. A result of having two professional CS:GO squads in one moment. CPH Flames had male and female squad in 2019.
During their time as a squad the womens CPH Flames team earned $3,000 with 5th-6th place at Dreamhack Showdown Valencia. As well as successfully qualifying for the GIRLGAMER Festival and the WESG 2019 Female Finals.
With that said, CPH flames will focus on building their esports academy and creating a young Danish female roster in the nearest future.
While Michaela “Mimimimichaela” Lintrup had already left ex-CPH Flames Female to join WRTP roster and Vicky “vic” Dose has not made a statement about her future yet, core of the team will keep playing under Assassins tag in following roster:
- Ksenia “vilga” Kluenkova
- Kelly “KllyVe” Verhaegen
- Ana “ANa” Dumbravă
- Klaudia “klaudia” Beczkiewicz
- Alexandra “twenty3” Timonina
- Nikolay “pNshr” Paunin (coach)
