CS:GO: AdreN Returns As Coach For Team Liquid

It seems Team Liquid was in a hurry to fill the gap in their coaching department.

Eric “adreN” Hoag is back on Team Liquid as their coach after the recent departure of Jason “moses” O’Toole.

Liquid was extremely quick to replace Moses. This could be because the team is just weeks away from cs_summit 8 competition. Moses coached Team Liquid for around nine months, joining the organization back in August 2020. Going through a few important roster changes, the team had inconsistent performances. Unfortunately, a world-class Awper like Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo did not affect the team’s performance in the tournaments.

Prior to Moses, adreN coached the North American organization for over one and a half years before parting ways. The 31-year-old left Team Liquid to join his former team Mythic. AdreN wanted some time off from major competition in esports, as mentioned by him in the announcement video of Liquid.

Liquid’s hot and cold performances have seen the team fail in the recent competitions. Their fantastic form in the summer of 2019 is nowhere to be seen. AdreN acknowledged the mammoth task of bringing back Liquid to the top. However, he also mentioned that the team is familiar with his coaching style and that his prior experience with the team will definitely help in getting a head start.
