
CS_Summit IV returns on May 23rd, Top Teams in Attendance

CS_Summit returns in its fourth iteration this May. The tournament is a fan favorite due to the relaxed atmosphere and unparalleled access to teams.
Beyond the Summit is returning to the Counterstrike: Global Offensive scene with CS_Summit IV. Additionally, like past events, CS_Summit will take place in the Beyond the Summit house in Los Angeles, California.
CS_Summit will run from May 23rd-26th and feature several well-known CS: GO squads, including Team Liquid, currently ranked number two in the world. Other teams include the young, upstart squad ENCE, Vitality, Renegades, NRG, and Ghost Gaming.
Fans will be familiar with Beyond the Summit events, as they are well known for their relaxed atmosphere, which includes casters, analysts and players sitting on the infamous BTS couch, casting matches and just hanging out. The tournament gives fans and viewers a relaxed atmosphere and some candid moments as players come and go.

The total prize pool for CS_Summit IV is $150,000 USD. NRG are the reigning CS_Summit champions, having won CS_Summit III against OpTic Gaming last November. CS_Summit uses a double-elimination bracket, and all matches are best-of-threes. The event culminates in a best-of-five Grand Finals matchup.
