cNed Is Reportedly Leaving NAVI

According to sources close to Blix.gg’s Alejandro “anonimotum” Gomis, NAVI member Mehmet “cNed” İpek will no longer be a part of the team’s starting roster and will “probably” leave the team

Mehmet “cNed” İpek is EMEA squad Natus Vincere’s star Duelist player, who is reportedly set to leave the organization according to Alejandro “anonimotum” Gomis from Blix.gg. Sources close to anonimotum revealed that the Turkish player won’t be part of the starting roster, hinting toward getting benched. Moreover, the article mentioned that he will “probably” leave the organization.

As a former Acend member, cNed got one of the biggest titles in the game by winning the first-ever Valorant Champions in 2021. The 21-year-old joined NAVI in November 2022 and helped his team reach excellent heights at LOCK//IN and EMEA League. Sadly, NAVI’s performance dipped in big stages like Masters and Champions, and even throughout all of the team’s losses, cNed provided a consistent performance.

According to the Blix.gg report, NAVI are already searching for a player to replace their primary Duelist. Looking at the VCT Global Contract Database, cNed’s contract lasts until 2024, and he may be benched for now during the OFF//Season of 2023. Without the Turkish member, this would be the roster for NAVI until they find a replacement –

  • Kyrylo “ANGE1” Karasov (IGL)
  • Dmitry “SUYGETSU” Ilyushin
  • Andrey “Shao” Kiprsky
  • Pontus “Zyppan” Eek
  • Erik “d00mbr0s” Sandgren (Head Coach)
