This match is going to be an extreme challenge for MIBR as Cloud9 is one of the strongest opponents to face in VCT Americas right now! With only two wins so far, the Brazilians are not in the green zone, which are being occupied by the top six teams. So, while this match is likely going to be a seeding opportunity for the North Americans, MIBR have a much higher stake as they hope to see the Playoffs.

After dominantly beating Sentinels last week, Cloud9 became the strongest North American roster in this event. The team’s only defeat was against LOUD, and even that match ended in a 2-1. In C9’s recent match, we saw leaf taking on Neon and Skye and still making great plays on these agents. With such a great Duelist on the lineup and two newcomers who have been providing excellent performance for the team so far, it’s hard to see Cloud9 not winning this Bo3.

We will also need their duelist heat to counter leaf’s aggression from the opposite side with a lot of frags of his own!
