CSGO: Brazy Party 2023 Predictions and Preview

The next big online event for the crowd favorite shooter is here, and we’ve got our Brazy Party 2023 Predictions ready to go

With Intel Extreme Masters Rio over, the CSGO community now looks towards their next dose of tournament action for their favorite competitive shooter. Brazy Party is an online event, but the fact that it comes with a massive $333,000 prize pool means that there will be quite a few first-tier teams participating, and it’ll also be a great opportunity for a second-tier team to make it far into the tournament à la forZe in BetBoom Playlist Urbanistic.

We have preview articles for individual matches for the entire event, but this one’s a preview for the entire event as a whole, along with some tournament-wide predictions that will only be determined at the end of the contest.

Brazy Party 2023 Predictions

It’s incredibly difficult to nail down each and every placement for any tournament, but someone has to try. Here are our picks for the standings.

13th-16th Place

Even though the vast majority of the teams at this event are evenly balanced, someone’s gotta take the L and fall in last place. We believe Swedish side GODSENT will be the team to go first from Group A, while Brazilian team 00 Nation will likely be shed from Group B early on. As much as we hate to say it, we see Danish legends Astralis taking an early bow, while the troubled lineup of German clan Sprout should also go out with a whimper.

9th-12th Place

Turkish powerhouse Eternal Fire have a new member and will likely struggle to make the Playoffs, while rising German squad BIG might just be booted from the first round as they are also playing with a stand-in. Portuguese hopefuls SAW and South American side Imperial have been struggling for a while, and will likely fail to make it out of their respective groups as well.

5th-8th Place

Norwegian organization Apeks will be happy to make the Playoffs, but will probably not make it to the Semifinals. Same goes for British side Into The Breach, who will probably draw the likes of Cloud9 in their first Playoffs match. The Quarterfinals will also likely be the end of the line for German team GamerLegion, while the Polish roster of 9INE become the final victim of the round.

3rd-4th Place

It’s even harder to predict what will happen this deep into the contest, but we see European squad OG and Brazilian heavyweights paiN Gaming failing to make the finals, albeit by a narrow margin.

Runner-up and Winner

ENCE have been on the rise for a while, and we predict their presence in the Grand Final. However, they should be bested by Russian giants Cloud9, who have been looking extremely dangerous as of late, and have a habit of making it all the way in online tournaments.

Brazy Party 2023 MVP

Given his terrific form, we think Cloud9's sh1ro will be the MVP of the tournament.
