Vitality overcame their baptism of fire in the IEM Rio with three straight wins, while BIG will look to rise above their frustrations of missing out on a direct Semi Final spot with a convincing win against their French rivals. After two rounds of overtime, NAVI snatched away the bragging rights and punched their tickets for the final four of the competition. The Germans held on to their fighting spirit until the first half of the second round. Their shoulders dropped, however, after the interval as NAVI raced to a 16-8 win from a halftime score of 9-6.
