This turn of events wasn’t expected from the Polish squad considering their incredible 3-0 run in the RMRs, where 9INE defeated names like G2 and Vitality. Before the RMRs, you would’ve expected FaZe to make it directly to the Legends Stage and be dominant in this Major. That hasn’t been the case for this legendary squad at all! After a decent (not perfect) 3-1 run in the Challengers Stage, FaZe had to go against Heroic, one of the strongest names in the world right now, in the Legends Stage and had a disappointing 0-8 CT side. After this loss, FaZe couldn’t bounce back against their next opponent, Into The Breach, where rain had a humiliating 9-22 K/D. With so many problems showing up in their plans and individual talents, we don’t see FaZe going past Round 3.
