Dota 2: SEA TI9 Open Qualifier #2

The second qualifier for TI 9 in Southeast Asia has finished. We now know the names of all of the teams that will attend the closed qualifiers.
496 Gaming
The first team which made it through the open qualifier massacre was 496 Gaming. They had a difficult time, especially in the semifinals against PG.Barracx.They were able to prevail, however, and eventually ended up winning the entire thing.
An interesting fact about 496 Gaming is that they have an entirely Vietnamese roster. The next challenge ahead of them will be the TI 9 Closed Qualifiers.
Team Amplfy
Team Amplfy is the second team that made it through the Open Qualifiers. Similar to their Vietnamese colleagues, the only real challenge for them was during the semi-finals. Other than that, the SEA team is looking very strong. It will be very interesting to see if they will be able to prevail in the Closed Qualifiers.
Resurgence
Last, but certainly not least, is Team Resurgence. Unlike the other teams which qualified, they had to go through hell because they lost one of the finals. What’s more, in the last deciding match they had an amazing series against Neon Esports.
