Crystal Shaper is a pretty annoying enemy to go up against because of the encounter’s specifics. As his name suggests, this unit has crystals that both sides can choose. There are 3 crystals  to choose from, and each one offers something different:

• Green Power Crystal – It grants a permanent healing effect to all units nearby when touched.
• Red Power Crystal – This one grants movement speed to all nearby units when touched.
• Blue Power Crystal – This option will add a freezing aura to everything nearby.

• Ghoul
• Whelp Eggs
• Stonehoof Tauren
• Skeleton Patty
• S.A.F.E. Pilot

The idea of this draft is to overrun your opponent with numbers because Crystal Shaper does not have a lot of AoE damage. You have to try and protect your Necromancer and S.A.F.E. Pilot when you need to clear a cluster. If played right, you will simply overrun your enemy, and you don’t even need to use talents.

Crystal Shaper Guide for Warcraft Rumble – Setup #2

If the first setup does not seem interesting, you can also choose something else that involves a different leader:

• Grommash Hellscream
• Stonehoof Tauren
• Harpies
• Ghoul
• Quilboar
• Batrider
• Pyromancer

This draft is pretty good because it offers a lot of tankiness and damage to deal with the initial push and win after that. Quilboar is one of the options that you can replace because his job is usually to tank. With that said, you can also use him for other things.

Shaper Guide Warcraft Rumble Guide – Setup #3

The third setup that you can use to defeat Crystal Shaper is a mixture of the other two:

• Tirion Fordring
• Footmen
• Harpies
• Darkspear Troll
• S.A.F.E. Pilot
• Quilboar
• Pyromancer

You have a proper tank, as well as ranged damaged and Tirion. As long as you use your rotation wisely, you should be able to have no problems defeating Crystal Shaper in Un’Goro Crater.
