Venture is about to arrive in Overwatch 2 Season 10, so it’s no surprise people want to know more about it. Let’s dive in.

In case you have forgotten, BlizzCon 2023 gave us access to a lot of interesting information about Overwatch 2. We’ve learned that there will be 3 new heroes in Overwatch 2 in 2024 – Venture and Space Ranger. 

Judging from the information we had, Venture should be the new DPS hero in the game and the initial information was that the hero will arrive in Season 12. However, it seems like this won’t be the case because Venture is about to arrive in Overwatch 2 Season 10.

After seeing the first gameplay with Venture, there is no arguing this will be one of the most interesting additions to the game. The “swashbuckling archaeologist” should arrive in Overwatch 2 Season 10, and the best part is that the hero will be free to play. 

This is a big change in Blizzard’s policy because, as you remember, you had to purchase the premium version of the Battle Pass to have access to the new hero. Fortunately, this is no longer the case.

Another interesting fact about Venture in Overwatch 2 Season 10 is that the hero will be non-binary. Furthermore, the hero will use the they/them pronouns, which is another intriguing fact that we have not seen in Overwatch 2 yet.

What else can we expect from Season 10?

The fact that Venture will arrive in Overwatch 2 Season 10 is impressive, but this is not the only new thing we expect to see. As mentioned, all heroes will become free for everyone, which means people no longer need to get the Premium Battle Pass to use the newest hero. One of the reasons why Blizzard did this is because of the accusations that Overwatch 2 became a Pay to win game because of Mauga.

Aside from this change, Overwatch 2 Season 10 should allow us to earn 600 coins for free once we get the Battle Pass. Also, we will be able to unlock Mythic Skins from the past and have access to the new Clash Game Mode (trial). There will also be a new Clash Map called Hanoka, which is the new version of Hanamura.

There is even some information about Season 11, which is when we should get a new map called Runasapi. Speaking of hew maps, Overwtach 2 Season 10 will also
