Finally, for the first time this season, we saw Shanghai Dragons punch out of the gates with signs of life. They looked in full form in their game against Seoul Dynasty, and now look like a team that is ready for the season. This is bad news for Dallas, because previously it was Shanghai that everybody thought would be Dallas' best chance to take a game in this first half of the seasons. Seems like that's even less likely to happen now.

It's still not a pretty site for the defending champions. Somehow Dallas Fuel have kicked off their season with losses against half of the region. They don't look like they have a change against the Contenders Korea teams no less teams like the Charge and Spark. They have to come out of this rut starting with this game here, otherwise there may be no chance at even a decent season in site for this team. It would certainly be the furthest drop we've ever seen from a team the season after winning a championship.
