Overwatch League: Boston Uprising Confirms Part Of Its 2021 Roster

The Boston Uprising is renewing the contracts of Fusions, Punk, Colourhex and Myunb0ng.

The Boston Uprising confirmed that Cameron “Fusions” Bosworth, Leyton “Punk” Gilchrist, Kelsey “Colourhex” Birse and Sang-min “Myunb0ng” Seo are all staying for another year with the team. Despite poor results in both previous Overwatch League seasons, the players said they were determined to win with the team this year.

Assistant Coach Valentin “Ascoft” Wulfman is also staying for one more year with the Boston Uprising. He will help newly-signed Head Coach Seung-hyun “Lori” Kim take his marks with the team and help players grow next season.

The team said Tae-hee “Jerry” Min and Min-seob “Axxiom” Park are still negotiating their contract with the Boston Uprising organization. Park has been on medical leave since March when he had to undergo a medical procedure. There is no information yet on whether the player will be back in the Overwatch League in 2021. There's also no word if he is still able to play competitively.

The next step for the Boston Uprising is to sign new players with high potential. If they do, the team can get back to climbing in the Overwatch League.
