As mentioned, the Cowboy Behop ED and Overwatch 2’s collab should begin on March 12. Similar to the previous partnership deal, we expect this one to give us access to the following:

  • New Skins
  • New Emotes
  • Highlight Intros

According to the information we have, there will also be an Ein Cowboy Behop skin for Wrecking Ball. The best thing about it is that it will be available to everyone.

Aside from the free skin, we also know that other characters will also receive a Cowboy Behop-inspired change. The list includes:

  • Cassidy – > Spike SPiegel
  • Ashe – > Faye Valentine
  • Sombra – > Ed
  • Mauga – > Jet Black

According to Aimee Dennett, Overwatch 2’s associate director, the team is honored to be collaborating with one of the top-tier anime series. Speaking of anime, let’s not forget the collab between Overwatch 2 and One Punch Man, which was really successful. We saw characters like Genos, Terrible Tornado, Saitama, and more. Who knows, there might be even more surprises from the Overwatch 2 x Cowboy Behop collaboration.
