Overactive Media announce a new apparel partnership

In Overactive Media's newest update, they've announced a new apparel partnership. Luxury Canadian brand Nobis has become the official outerwear brand of Toronto Ultra and Toronto Defiant.

Luxury in Esports

Along with partnering with those teams, they are also the presenting partner of Call of Duty League Opening Weekend, as well as Stage 1. Kevin Au-Yeung and Robin Yates, founders of Nobis, have been quotes by Overactive Media saying “We couldn’t help but think of the authentic synergy between the two partners that would not only support our communities but redefine the future of fashion, sports, and entertainment.” Fashion blending with esports in East Asia common, but this partnership is a big step for Western esports. Not only are esports blending with independent clothing brands, but luxury ones at that.

Just the Beginning

Overactive Media stated, “the Nobis brand will come to life through Toronto Ultra team and player content”. They plan to do this through Social media promotion including community giveaways and player content. This has already begun in the form of a partnership announcement video featuring the Toronto Ultra players.

The partners have also begun their promotion through a Twitter giveaway on the Toronto Ultra Twitter account.

Fans should keep an eye out for more activity from the partners during the Call of Duty League opening weekend.
