Although severely underrated, the NA West region features some talented competitive Fortnite players. Arkhram and Falconer are two premier players who have achieved high placements in both LAN and online environments. The prize pool situation is a bit unfortunate for NA West, but it ultimately means that these duos will need to work harder to take the first-place prize in each region. Let’s break down a few of the key NA West duos that will be competing in the 2019 Winter Royale.
Start Time: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from
Pacific Time – 5 PM to 9 PM
Eastern Time – 8 PM and 12 AM

Evan “Cented” Barron and Benjamin “Edgey” Peterson are the other half of the ultra-successful team of players from the most recent Fortnite Champion Series. This partnership, however, dates back to the Fortnite World Cup Qualifiers. Both Cented and Edgey participated in the week eight duo competition and came in third, but ultimately did not qualify for the World Cup. These two went on to lead successful futures in competitive Fortnite with solid showings in both iterations of the Fortnite Champion Series.

Aydan “Aydan” Conrad and Sean “Sean” Close are a Ghost Gaming duo that has competed together since March of 2019. These two players qualified for the Fortnite World Cup in the week eight NA West competition. They ultimately finished in 37th place at the World Cup and also teamed together for the Season X Fortnite Champion Series. The Winter Royale is the perfect opportunity for this entertaining duo to get back on track and win some cash in the process.
100T Arkhram and 100T Falconer
The now full 100 Thieves team of Arkhram and Brendan “Falconer” Falconer are another team that reached unforeseen heights at the Fortnite World Cup. They double-qualified out of the very tough NA West region and proceeded to out-place some of the best teams at the World Cup. Falconer soon joined Arkhram on the 100 Thieves roster and will look to continue their NA West dominance at the Winter Royale.
Here are some other notable NA West teams competing in the event:
- 4DRStorm and CLG Symetrical
- Wavyjacob and Thomuss
- Jay and Little
