Fortnite: Where To Find Shipwreck Cove In Season 8

Learn where to find Shipwreck Cove in Season 8 to complete daily punchcard quests.

Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 8 features many points of interest (POIs) and more minor landmarks that are worth understanding. For Lazy Lake and Misty Meadows, there is a Lazy Lake Island and Apres Ski not too far away. While minor locations offer much less in terms of loot and early-game activity, these can be helpful to complete challenges and avoid aggressive players.

Shipwreck Cove is one of the lesser-known landmarks that has been around since the start of Chapter 2. It offers some appealing loot options and sits beneath a steep mountain face. A daily challenge surfaced this week that tasks players with visiting Shipwreck Cove. Today, we’ll explain where to find this landmark to help you fulfill this quest and earn yourself some experience points (XP).

The map above shows the precise location of Shipwreck Cove. It’s a bit off the beaten path and not a spot that you’d typically see other players drop on consistently. However, for this punchcard quest, there might be some opponents gliding their way into this area. The challenge is simple enough not to have to worry about being eliminated before you touch the ground.

Experience points are noticeably more challenging to come by this season, so these weekly and daily punchcards are valuable. Be sure to complete this one, and also check out our Ghostbusters Back Bling guide — where you can earn nearly 150K XP. Check back for more guides throughout the remainder of Season 8!
