A relatively new Fortnite organization adds two up-and-coming players.
Team New Age (TNA) is one of the newest organizations in the professional Fortnite scene. TNA made headlines four weeks ago with the signing of pro player Malachi “Reverse2k” Greiner. The former Fortnite World Cup Finalist left Team SoloMid and examined his options as a free agent. Since signing with Team New Age, Reverse2k packed his bags and headed to Virginia for the most significant perk offered by this new organization; A zero ping mansion awaiting his arrival.
TNA had more roster spots to fill after adding Reverse2k. With a zero ping mansion available to hopeful free agents, it would not take a lot of convincing for players to join the North American-based brand. Today, Team New Age announced two crucial Fortnite roster additions with significant Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) implications.

Team New Age broke the news on Twitter; Reverse2k’s trio teammates Deyy and Mero are the newest TNA members. The two-minute roster revelation video featured a handful of both players’ best clips. This trifecta of Fortnite talent has been teaming together for quite some time. Thus far, their best results in trio events include a second and third-place finish in two separate Trio Cash Cups. Reverse2k, Mero and Deyy also took 14th in the FNCS Warmup. This trio is one of the few full organizational trios outside of XSET Gaming’s Av, Knight and RogueShark, making them infinitely more unique.

Although not exactly household names, Deyy and Mero have been tearing up the competitive Fortnite scene for several months. Mero already has a Solo Cash Cup victory under his belt, along with multiple runner-up finishes. He also competed in the DreamHack Online Open last month and managed a sixth-place finish. Deyy also holds a Solo Cash Cup win and an FNCS Chapter 2 – Season 3 Qualifier victory.
On paper, Reverse2k, Deyy and Mero have enough talent to compete with the best trios this season. Their chances will grow significantly if the new roster members could join Reverse2k at Team New Age’s zero ping mansion in Virginia. Whether they will or not is unclear at this point. Nevertheless, this full TNA trio will be one of the dark horses during FNCS Chapter 2 – Season 4 — which begins this weekend.
We’ll have to keep an eye out for who Team New Age will add next to its growing Fortnite lineup.
