Fortnite: How To Unlock Nick Fury Skin

Fortnite x Marvel brings Nick Fury into the fold.

Epic Games’ well-documented history with Marvel has allowed Deadpool, Wolverine, Captain America and Iron Man to become playable in Fortnite. This ongoing collaboration even paved the way for an entire Fortnite x Marvel season in Chapter 2 – Season 4. It seems the plan is for Epic Games to bring every Marvel character into Fortnite.

The developers unexpectedly released S.H.I.E.L.D. member Nick Fury on Thanksgiving Day—something Marvel fans surely will be thankful to see. Today, ESTNN breaks down everything available to purchase as part of the Nick Fury set.

Fortnite x Marvel Presents Nick Fury

Nick Fury enters the Fortnite Item Shop as the 35th Marvel or Marvel-adjacent character to join Fortnite. His appearance draws inspiration from Samuel L. Jackson’s portrayal in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). While some were expecting Hawkeye — considering the release of the Disney+ show this week — it was his S.H.I.E.L.D. counterpart instead.

Players can purchase the cosmetics separately or as part of the Nick Fury Bundle, which costs 1,500 V-Bucks. Those who buy the bundle get the Quinjets in Flight Loading Screen for free.

Here is a complete list of Nick Fury-related items in the shop:

  • Nick Fury with F.I.E.L.D. Pack Back Bling – 1,500 V-Bucks
  • Director’s Scythe Pickaxe – 800 V-Bucks
  • First-Strike Infiltration Glider – 800 V-Bucks
  • Quinjets in Flight Loading Screen (only included in Nick Fury Bundle)

Nick Fury will be in the Item Shop for a few weeks before Epic rotates it out, so you have some time if you aren’t sure. With another crossover expected soon, it seems the Fortnite x Marvel collaboration isn't going anywhere.
