Fortnite Hotfix 20.00: Zero Build Mode, Anvil Rocket Launcher & More

This morning, Epic Games deployed a hotfix to bring a proper no-build mode into Fortnite Battle Royale.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2’s first update arrived this morning in the form of a hotfix. Epic Games delivered an official game mode dedicated to the no-build gimmick. Other notable items include a brand new anti-tank Rocket Launcher and the latest weapon funding effort.

Today, ESTNN breaks down every item from the hotfix and Epic’s blog posts. Please join us to see what’s new in Fortnite Battle Royale.

Zero Build Mode Unveiled

Fear, not no-build Fortnite fans, Epic Games delivered a separate game mode dedicated to the well-received gimmick. Dubbed Zero Build, those who enjoyed the game without its building mechanic can experience it all the same. You can now see Zero Build Solos, Duos, Trios and Squads playlists. It’s unclear whether this will become a permanent addition.

Anvil Rocket Launcher Released

Tanks may become less of an issue following the release of Fortnite’s new Anvil Rocket Launcher. This weapon was designed specifically to take down vehicles. It sports a target-lock mechanism, a Rare, Epic and Legendary rarity and should make dealing with Tanks and other cars more straightforward.
