Fear, not no-build Fortnite fans, Epic Games delivered a separate game mode dedicated to the well-received gimmick. Dubbed Zero Build, those who enjoyed the game without its building mechanic can experience it all the same. You can now see Zero Build Solos, Duos, Trios and Squads playlists. It’s unclear whether this will become a permanent addition.
Anvil Rocket Launcher Released
Tanks may become less of an issue following the release of Fortnite’s new Anvil Rocket Launcher. This weapon was designed specifically to take down vehicles. It sports a target-lock mechanism, a Rare, Epic and Legendary rarity and should make dealing with Tanks and other cars more straightforward.
Here are the weapon’s statistics:
- Damage: 100, 105, 110
- Fire Rate: 0.75
- Reload Time: 3.6 seconds, 3.42 seconds, 3.24 seconds
- Magazine Size: 1
The Anvil Rocket Launcher will not appear in competitive game modes.
Funding Effort Trial: MK-Seven Assault Rifle vs. Combat Assault Rifle
Epic’s hotfix v20.00 blog post introduced the next funding effort; the MK-Seven Assault Rifle vs. the Combat Assault Rifle. Soon, players will have the opportunity to vote for one of these two items to join Chapter 3 Season 2’s loot pool. The developers will hold a trial period from April 2 to April 4 to test the MK-Seven and Combat Rifle before voting. Neither weapon will appear in competitive playlists.
