European soccer stars Harry Kane and Marco Reus are the latest additions to Fortnite’s ICON Series.

The collaborations continue for Epic Games and the iconic Fortnite Battle Royale game. Mere days after the release of Chapter 2 – Season 7, the developers have officially announced the next step in Fortnite’s ICON Series. European professional soccer players Harry Kane and Marco Reus will receive their own in-game cosmetics. These include a character outfit, emote and back bling. They'll be joining an impressive cast of professional athletes, celebrities and personalities in the ever-expanding ICON Series.

Soccer Superstars to Join ICON Series on June 11

Fortnite’s Twitter account announced the news early this morning alongside a blog post with more information.

“The Icon Series kicks into full gear this summer with two of soccer’s finest — England National Team Captain Harry Kane and two-time German Player of the Year Marco Reus — joining a new squad: The Icon Series.”

Harry Kane and Marco Reus, respectively of England’s Tottenham Hotspur and Germany’s Borussia Dortmund, will appear in Fortnite’s Item Shop at 8 PM ET on June 11. Each player comes equipped with a back bling and signature emote. They’ll add themselves to an expansive list of personalities such as Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, rap artist Travis Scott and Brazilian soccer player Neymar Jr, who appeared as a Battle Pass skin in Chapter 2 – Season 6.

What's Vaulted and Unvaulted in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3?

There really is no stopping Epic Games. They have established strong partnerships with America’s National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA) and the English Premier League (EPL) of late. Now, two individual soccer icons will etch themselves in Fortnite’s storied history of impressive collaborations. Harry Kane and Marco Reus’s Fortnite cosmetics will be available on June 11 for an undetermined amount of time.
