Overwatch: Dallas Fuel Sign Flex DPS Doha

The Overwatch League's Dallas Fuel has signed Flex DPS Doha.

The off-season is the period where Overwatch teams see the most change. While some teams are letting go of most their roster and others are renewing their lineup, Dallas Fuel is slowly but surely building its new team. Two weeks after signing Youngjin “Gamsu” Noh from Shanghai Dragons, Dallas Fuel announced rising player Dong-ha “Doha” Kim will be joining the team for the upcoming Overwatch League Season.

One of the best players in Overwatch Contenders

Doha is a well-known player in the Overwatch Contenders. With his former team, Element Mystic, Kim placed second in the Overwatch Contenders Korea 2018 Season 3 and 2019 Season 2. They also won the Pacific Showdown as well as the Overwatch Contenders 2019 Gauntlet.

Doha, the flex DPS Dallas needed

As part of Element Mystic, Kim mainly played GOATS and Orisa metas. During this time, his main pick was Sombra, hacking enemies and pushing game-changing EMPs. He also played Doomfist, Reaper, Mei or Hanzo, making him a viable flex DPS for Dallas Fuel.

The current DPS lineup of Dallas Fuel includes Timo “Taimou” Kettunen, Dylan “aKm” Bignet, Zachary “ZachaREEE” Lombardo and Jang “Decay” Gui-un. Taimou and aKm are two hitscan players, while ZachaREEE and Decay specialize in Tracer, Genji or Hanzo. Doha has a different hero pool than the other Dallas Fuel’s players, and can combo with any other DPS in any team composition.
