Here are all available maps in The Finals and how they differ in terms of playstyles
The Finals brings destructible, unique maps, promoting a fast-paced, explosive playstyle that is similar to arena shooters. Each map has its own perks and features, and they come with different variants to keep the playstyle exciting.
Currently, there are 4 maps in The Finals, and more are on the way by Embark Studios. Three of the maps existed in the beta version.
Maps in The Finals
Here are all the maps in The Finals:
Seoul

The South Korean capital features high-rises, destructible bridges and construction sites. All fights take place either inside the buildings or on rooftops, and there is no ground to stand on. Therefore, it is much more common to fall off the map and die on Seoul compared to other maps.
Monaco

Inspired by the titular city of Monaco, this is a more open map with spacious areas to fight. Cashout points often spawn in uncovered locations and can be harder to defend. Similar to all other maps, destructible buildings play a huge part in Monaco’s gameplay.
Las Vegas

With casinos and deserts, Las Vegas in The Finals does not consist of any high-rise buildings. However, having high ground during fights is still the answer to winning engagements. There are vast areas inside the casino buildings and underground spots to fight. Vents allow sneaky entries into buildings, but the open areas outside won’t work well to keep you hidden.
Skyway Stadium

Skyway Stadium is like several maps fit into one. There are areas with high rises besides residential spots with lowrise houses. Bridges and jump pads allow you to travel between these areas, and the gameplay mixes the feeling of Monaco and Seoul.
The Finals Map Variants
Alongside the four maps, there are 7 map variants that can act as modifiers. A variant modifier can bring unique changes to the maps that will affect how you play on them, from bringing moving platforms to blocking off parts of the map. Here are all the variants:
- Standard Issue: This is the standard variant of the maps without any unique additions.
- Under Constructions: Part of the maps will be under construction during this variant.
- Moving Platforms: Moving platforms spawn on the map where you can find vaults or cashout stations.
- Suspended Structures: Cashout stations in this variant are suspended high above the area.
- Duck and Cover: Part of the map is crushed under The Finals’ duck mascot.
- Up Down Left Right: With this variant, cashout stations can be suspended or on the move.
- High Rise: The middle part of the map is elevated with this variant.
