You Can Now Watch Rocket League RLCS Matches in Fortnite

Learn how you can watch the RLCS Winter Major in Fortnite.

Fortnite and Rocket League sparked a partnership years ago following Epic Games’ acquisition of Psyonix in 2019. Since then, we’ve seen the two games trade in-game wearable items several times. The Fortnite x Rocket League crossover started a new chapter yesterday after Epic Games announced another for fans to enjoy.

From March 23 until March 37, you can catch Rocket League Champion Series (RLCS) matches in Fortnite. This latest collaboration materialized just in time for the upcoming RLCS Winter Major, where 16 of the world’s best Rocket League teams will compete for a share of $300K USD. We have all the information you need to know.

Rocket League Live in Fortnite

The RLCS Winter Major is currently underway in Los Angeles, California, at the brand new SoFi Stadium. This event marks the first LAN for Rocket League since the Season 8 World Championship. Those who cannot attend have several options to watch the action. One of those happens to be in Fortnite’s Creative Mode.

Anyone interested in catching this high-level Rocket League Major should head into Creative Mode. Once there, you’ll want to enter the Champions Field Island Code, which map creators Team404 and FiveWalnut specifically geared this Champions Field toward Rocket League and its diehard fans.

The Island Code is 6497-1032-5932; you access it from the Discover menu or Creative Hub. When you’re not watching the RLCS competition, there are mini-games to keep yourself entertained.

When is the RLCS Winter Major?

The RLCS Winter Major runs from March 23 to March 27. You can watch the matches unfold every day, beginning at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT. Check this website for more information regarding the RLCS tournament and the multitude of ways you can witness the event.

Epic Games promised that more Rocket League crossovers are on the horizon. The Champions Field Creative Map may host more broadcasts during the RLCS season. We’ll be sure to keep you updated.
