XDefiant Public Test Session Begins Today

After much initial hype at the beginning of XDefiant's launch campaign, concerns grew after XDefiant failed to meet its planned late Summer release date.

Those concerns increased after Ubisoft announced a delayed launch due to failing to meet Xbox and PlayStation certification processes. Some fans began to worry this was the beginning of what would turn out to be XDefiant's path to never releasing.

We got a nice look at XDefiant at the beginning of this month with Ludwig and YouTube's World's Greatest Gaming Tournament, but now, everyone can try out XDefiant for themselves.

Available For All

Everyone is free to partake in the XDefiant Public Test Session later today. There's no need to register, and there's also no NDA. All you need is a Ubisoft Connect account. 

The pre-load is available now. When the Public Test Session begins, you can find it by going to your Games tab, where the Public Test Session will appear under the Free Games section. 

The first XDefiant Public Test Session is for PC only. It will begin at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET and run through 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET. Don't miss out!
