How to Find Eggs in Palworld
There are actually two different ways to find eggs in Palworld. The first is probably the simplest one because it allows you to find them around the game map, although it could be the most time-consuming one. The other is the one linked to the breeding farm. In fact, in Palworld, it is possible to breed creatures to create new ones. Let's see in detail everything you need to know for both methods.
Best Places Where to Find Eggs in Palworld
Since the first method is to explore the game map far and wide, obviously there will be areas where it will be easier to find eggs, and areas, however, where there will be fewer. So what are the best places to find eggs in Palworld? We can tell you that if you look under the trees, among the rocks, on the coast, and near the cliffsides, then you are on the right path. In fact, these are the best places to find eggs.
Obviously, they are not the only places where you will have the chance to find eggs in Palworld, but the ones we have just mentioned are those that offer a better spawn rate than the other areas. For example, finding eggs in cold, icy areas is more difficult, but certainly not impossible. We remind you, in fact, that there are Pals that are able to resist these adverse climatic conditions, so, in case you find yourself in those areas, don't forget to check around.
How to Build a Breeding Farm
The other method we have indicated to you is to use a breeding farm. The bad thing is that you won't be able to use this method right from the start of the game, as you can unlock this structure when you reach level 19 and have spent two technology points to actually create the structure. Furthermore, since it will not be a very small structure, keep in mind that you will have to find a suitable area that is on the plains, and you will also need 100 wood, 20 stones, and 50 fibers.
Once you have been able to build the breeding farm, the rest will be very simple. All you have to do is put two Pals inside, one male and one female. Insert it inside the cake and after a while, you will have your egg. Remember that having cake is an essential thing for creating an egg, so craft some of it before starting the whole process.
But how do you create the cake? First, you will need a Cooking Pot which you can unlock at level 17. To actually create the cake, you will need 5 flour, 8 red berries, 7 milks, 8 eggs, and 2 honey. Now that you have all the ingredients, you can create the cake to feed to your Pals to obtain an egg. Once the egg has been laid, you will need to place it inside an incubator.
Palworld Incubator Explained
You won't be able to hatch an egg if you don't have access to an incubator. In order to unlock this tool, you will need some ancient technology points and ancient civilization parts, which you can obtain by defeating bosses. Remember that bosses have the ability to respawn after a certain amount of time, so you can potentially obtain infinite amounts of these resources. However, once you have collected 10 paldium fragments, 5 cloths, 30 stones, and 2 ancient civilization parts, you will have everything you need to create the incubator.
Now, all you have to do is interact with it and transfer the egg you want to hatch inside it. You will realize that you have done everything correctly because you will see a countdown start. To ensure that the egg hatches more quickly, our advice is to match the temperature of the incubator to that of the egg inside it. Different eggs will prefer different climatic conditions.
Some eggs prefer a warmer atmosphere, so our advice is to place a campfire or heater near the incubator. If, however, the egg prefers colder temperatures, you can use coolers to lower them. Finally, other eggs do not prefer either of the two conditions, so you will have to play a bit with the surrounding environment to ensure that you see the words “seems very comfortable” appear. Once the timer finishes ticking, simply interact with the incubator, and the Pal inside the egg will be added to your Palbox.
