Remnant 2 Gameplay in the First 16 Minutes of the Campaign

IGN has released a Remnant 2 gameplay video with the first 16 minutes of the Remnant 2 campaign, the new chapter in the soulslike-style shooter saga developed by Gunfire Games which will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S starting July 25th.

Received by the international press with really excellent marks, Remnant 2 also took home an eloquent 9/10 assigned to it by IGN, which apparently really appreciated this sequel very much. The game, already from the previous trailers, had proven to be much improved compared to its predecessor Remnant from the Ashes released in 2019. For this reason, the votes given by the international press are not new, even if there are those who did not appreciate the game, as you can read in our Remnant 2 reviews roundup article.

The video below elegantly illustrates some of the advantages of the game, which at first appears to nearly mention The Last of Us, only to later bring into action the shooter mechanics that distinguish the series and present the monster enemies that we will encounter during the campaign.

As previously stated, there is no shortage of twists: the two main characters are saved at the finale by a second couple, and this is how the Remnant 2 cooperative is founded, certainly one of the game's most unique and effective elements.
