Chung-hee “Stitch” Lee joined the Washington Justice two weeks ago on a short term contract. The DPS player played with the team during the May Melee tournament as part of their 8-man roster.
Despite a poor team performance during the May Melee tournament, the Washington Justice decided to sign Lee to a long term contract. The team lost 0-3 against the Los Angeles Gladiators on the very first round, ending the Washington Justice’s May Melee tournament adventure sooner than expected.
Prior to joining the Washington Justice, Lee played with the Vancouver Titans. On May 6, 2020, the entire roster was released following internal turmoil. Among the former Vancouver Titans players, only Chan-hyung “Fissure” Baek, Jehong “ryujehong” Ryu, Min-soo “SeoMinSoo” Seo and Hyojong “Haksal” Kim remain without a team.
During the Runaway vs Lunatic-Hai exhibition match, Kim said that “there might be some good news coming up” and “it won’t take that long.” Rumors are that the Genji expert will join the New York Excelsior in the upcoming weeks.
