Rebuilding Sacrament is a huge part of No Rest for the Wicked. Here are the projects to prioritize first.
Sacrament is your main hub in No Rest for the Wicked. BUt it’s not just any chamber with a bunch of NPCs thrown together like other ARPG games of its kind. It’s a sprawling multi-layered city with a beautiful design and secrets hidden behind every corner.
Of course, like other games of this genre, all the merchants and vendors that you need are also going to wind up in this city. Some you get as soon as you get to the city; some need you to complete a side quest.
Now, there’s a base-building side to No Rest for the Wicked that lets you upgrade the buildings in Sacrament. It’s not just a cosmetic upgrade either, with some unlocking new crafting materials and items from the vendors.
In this guide, we’ll talk about Rebuilding Sacrament and drop a few tips on which building projects you want to prioritize. Let’s hop in.

How to Upgrade Sacrament Buildings
When you complete the Prologue section in No Rest for the Wicked, you’ll wash up on The Shallows region. From here, you need to go through the first two regions, The Shallows and Mariner’s Keep. But once you get through the region and take down the first boss, Warrick the Torn, you’ll finally reach Sacrament.
Now, once you finish the first main quest, go to the Rookery and rest, you can get started with the settlement Building Projects. Go to the Courtyard outside the War Room and talk to Danos.
You’ll see several projects that you can build, but each will require a certain amount of resources. The resource requirements range from wood that you can get by cutting trees, ores that you can mine from copper or iron deposits, and clay that you can dig up using a shovel.
Since the resource requirement is pretty steep, you need to spend quite a while collecting them. Furthermore, you want to prioritize certain projects over others as they will offer more benefits early on.

Which Building Project to Prioritize in No Rest for the Wicked
As you can see, there are plenty of Building Projects in the game to keep you busy running around and collecting resources. And while all of them are important, we recommend going with the Lodging Staircase upgrade first. After that, it’s a good idea to go for Caroline’s Inn as it gives you a place to restore your health when you’re in the town.
For the next upgrades, going with each of the vendors is a good idea. This will give you the option to upgrade your gear. You’ll also get access to higher tiers of items to make you stronger. The Gallow’s Scaffolding upgrade is necessary when you go far enough into the game, but early on, you want to focus on the other upgrades first.
There you have it! Hopefully, our complete guide on all the Building Projects can help you set up a roadmap for yourself as you progress through the stunningly beautiful world of No Rest for the Wicked.
