Here is a tracker for the major Nightingale Patch and Hotfixes.

Nightingale dropped on February 20th, and it's been incredibly popular already. So much so, that a lot of issues have been flagged up. In this article, we'll track the game's hotfixes and patches, as well as linking to relevant articles to help guide you.

Nightingale Patch

Nightingale Hotfix 1

This hotfix is due to drop at midday EU, around 4am MT

Update: The patch is now live on Steam and Epic

  • Most instances of “Running out of GPU memory” error on graphic cards that exceed min spec
  • Issues with arrow keys being used for key rebinds
  • Pressing Tab + I together crashes the game

The hotfix/downtime will kick you from your current game due to the game being in an “always online” state. Downtime for hotfixes to the server will last between 30 minutes and an hour.

For now, a workaround for the GPU memory issue has been issued by the developer:

  • old the Windows key and press R.
  • This will bring up a run dialog window.
  • Enter: %localappdata%\NWX\saved\Config\WindowsClient in the text box and click ok.
  • This should bring you to the folder with your config files.
  • Open Engine.ini
  • At the end of the file, add:
    • [SystemSettings]
      r.pso.PrecompileThreadPoolPercentOfHardwareThreads=50
  • Save and restart Nightingale.
