New Fortnite Leaks Detail Upcoming Prop Hunt Mode

A new Fortnite leak has unveiled a brand-new limited time mode for Fortnite – Prop Hunt Mode.

Prop Hunt is coming to Fortnite! At least, it’s expected to, as leakers datamined the fan-favorite game mode from the v9.20 Update files. In Prop Hunt, popularized years ago by Garry’s Mod after appearing in CS: Source, one team of players disguises themselves like objects around the map: cups, tires, fruit and others. The other team attempts to find the hiding players, normally by shooting or whacking map objects with abandon.

Dataminers recently uncovered a Prop-o-matic gun in the games v9.20 files. The gun will most likely allow players to turn into objects found on the map and hide from the opposing team. According to notorious Fortnite leaker and dataminer, FireMonkeyFN, here’s the list of available props players will have to choose from:

  • Apple
  • Banana
