In Lethal Company, not all the creatures that infest the various moons of the game world are aggressive. This is the case, for example, of the Lethal Company Hoarding Bug, also known as the Loot Bug. This particular type of insect, in fact, will not attack players if you encounter it, even if it is a very territorial animal, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be careful. In fact, as can be seen from its nickname, it is a creature capable of collecting loot, just like players. So, be careful with your pockets too, because they may end up empty after an encounter with the Lethal Company Hoarding Bug.
How to survive the Lethal Company Hoarding Bug creature
Like the Spore Lizard, the Hoarding Bug is also considered a not very dangerous creature, especially if you come across a single specimen. However, these creatures are often found in groups of three and will not engage in any type of confrontation unless provoked. However, if, for any reason, these creatures become hostile towards you, there are three different strategies you can rely on to get the better of them.
The simplest one to adopt, obviously, is to run away as soon as you encounter the Lethal Company Hoarding Bug. If you are quick, the creature will not notice your presence, and this will allow you to escape without any difficulty. However, keep in mind that, in the event that the creature sees you, adopting this tactic will no longer be so simple because they are very fast animals and therefore escaping could become more complicated.
This, then, brings us to the second strategy you can use to survive, which is to kill the enemy. In fact, if you get close, this creature will become aggressive and the only way you can escape is to kill it. Luckily for you, these animals are not difficult to kill and with a couple of shovel shots you should be able to neutralize the threat. In case you encounter difficulties, you can also rely on your Zap Gun to be able to slow them down and then strike.
Finally, the Lethal Company Hoarding Bug also gives you a third option for dealing with them. In fact, if you decide to leave all the objects you have in your inventory in front of it, the creature will take this gesture as a peace offering. While the Hoarding Bug will most likely only take one item from your inventory, emptying it completely in front of it is the right thing to do in order to give the creature the choice. However, keep in mind that by doing so you will obviously no longer have that item in your inventory.
