How to beat the Lethal Company Forest Keeper monster

The Lethal Company Forest Keeper is a monster that you can find, as its name suggests, in the forest biomes of the moons Vow, Dine, and March. Their size is very large, so it is difficult to miss them, although, in the dark, less experienced players might mistake these creatures for trees, which they use to catch their prey off guard.

Although they don't have a real need to eat because they nourish themselves through the process of photosynthesis, they still have this impulse to appease their curiosity more than anything else. Therefore, do not be fooled by their appearance and pay special attention. A general piece of advice we want to give you is to be as quick as possible in completing your missions on the moon, as these creatures tend to appear after 4 p.m. Furthermore, the level of the planet must also be taken into consideration: the higher it is, the more likely it is to encounter a Lethal Company Forest Keeper.

The best strategy, without a shadow of a doubt, is to hide and try not to be discovered, as normal weapons have no effect whatsoever on this type of creature. Therefore, try to stay crouched and hide behind trees. In fact, as soon as these creatures see a player, they will start chasing him and if you are not quick enough to hide, he will capture you and eat you. However, there is a way to escape from this monster.

In fact, if one of your companions is fast enough to use a Stun Grenade or a Zap Gun, you will have the chance to stun the Lethal Company Forest Keeper. Furthermore, you can also opt to take refuge inside a ship or structure, although you will have to be careful not to stay too close to doors, as the Forest Keeper will be able to find you if you are too close to them. Therefore, try to stay as far away from access points as possible.

If, instead of running away, you intend to face and kill the Forest Keeper, be prepared for the fact that it will not be a simple thing at all. At the moment, in fact, there is only one way to achieve this aim. The key to everything, in fact, is another monster present in the game, namely the Earth Laviathan. What you will have to do is look for the Leviathan outside the ship and avoid his attacks while heading towards the Forest Keeper. Now, you will also have to watch out for the Forest Keeper's attacks and, as soon as you hear Leviathan's rumble, run and hide. By doing so, Leviathan will eat the Forest Keeper.
