League of Legends: Origen is Set to Sign Former Splyce Jungler Xerxe

ESPN is reporting that Origen will sign former Splyce jungler Andrei “Xerxe” Dragomir.

Xerxe will join an Origen roster that is also set to sign former Schalke 04 AD carry Elias “Upset” Lipp as the team looks to challenge for the 2020 LEC title.

Xerxe has been one of the hidden gems of the Splyce roster in 2019, often overlooked due to Kobbe’s performances but always noticed by pundits as a key executor of Splyce’s game plan. His jungle style was a major factor in Splyce’s World 2019 run and he’ll be a welcome addition to an already strong Origen roster.

Xerxe will join a vastly changed Origen roster that’s seen a number of changes with former AD carry Patrik joining Excel Esports and Origen’s former support player Alfonso “Mithy” Aguirre joining Fnatic as the teams new Head Coach.

Xerxe will, however, join what is quickly looking like one of the most exciting rosters in the LEC.  Xerxe will join top laner Barney ‘Alphari’ Morris, mid laner Erland ‘Nukeduck’ Vatevik Holm and Upset with the team just a support player short of completing its roster.
