The Hoarding Bug is a territorial creature that can be found inside buildings that you need to explore. They are among all of the creatures that can be found in different moons. They are 3-foot-tall, creepy-looking giant bugs that walk or crawl around by using their feet. They can also fly around the air, which is silent and can often scare the ever-living daylights out of you while you are exploring.

They are harmless, as mentioned before and they are very similar to explorers as they go around collecting scraps to adorn their “nests.” They are provoked when you go near their “nest” and try to steal their items, which are scraps you need to collect. They don’t attack when you approach them initially, but rather they get defensive about their scraps. Once you go too near them, they will start buzzing angrily and give you signals to back off. If you don’t back off, then they will attack and take you down with a few hits.

How to get rid of the Hoarding Bug

As the Hoarding Bug is a rather harmless creature, there are a few ways to get rid of it once you end up provoking it or it is getting in your way. 3 ways to get rid of the creature in Lethal Company are given as follows:

1. Escape

The first way that you can get rid of the Hoarding Bug when you encounter it is to leave the premises as fast as possible. It will be a bit hard to run away and escape because the bug is a bit faster even while you are sprinting.

2. Kill it

The second way that you can get rid of the Hoarding bug is by simply killing it. Killing the bug is quite easy, all you need is to find a shovel or a stop sign and get a safe distance away from the creature. Then, swing away and kill the bug instantly, don’t think too much about it. If you’re playing with a buddy, it is even easier to take the bug out because you can gain distance quickly and attack together at once.

3. Be Friendly

The third way that you can get rid of the Hoarding bug is by dumping your inventory out in front of you and letting the creature take whatever it wants. Most of the time, they just want one item from your inventory, so they will just grab what they want and be on their way back to their nest. However, this method is not recommended because giving up scraps is not easy because every scrap is valuable and the Company is not easy to please, especially when it is deadline day.

Conclusion

Needless to say, the Hoarding Bug is definitely at 0% on the Sigurd’s danger level scale. These stupid cuddly bugs are just hoarders that want to take your scraps away from you. Hence, make sure to read up on all the information given above about this creature and keep your scraps safe unless you want to get fired from the Company.
