ESTNN guides you through finding Doctor Slone’s Pulse Rifle.
Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 7 has officially launched after many months of anticipation. The path from Season 6 to Season 7 led players worldwide into an alien invasion. Fortnite’s landscape from a story perspective continues to grow in unimaginable ways. Epic Games introduced many new mechanics and weapons into this season. The Pulse Rifle is one of those additions, which comes with a Mythic variant, carried by an aggressive non-player character (NPC) known as Doctor Slone. Today, ESTNN will provide a guide on where and how to acquire this new weapon.
Where to Find the Mythic Pulse Rifle
Fortnite players searching for the Mythic Pulse Rifle should shift focus to Corny Complex, formerly known in Season 6 as Colossal Crops. Once landing there, be cautious of your surroundings. An NPC named Doctor Slone and her crew of IO Guards call this location home and patrol the area with a vengeance. She possesses the Mythic Pulse Rifle, similar to the Stark Industry Rifle from Chapter 2 – Season 4. It sports a slow fire rate when aimed down sights and hip fires rapidly.
How to Acquire the Mythic Pulse Rifle
As shown in the video above by Perfect Score, you’ll have to provoke Doctor Slone to pick up the Mythic Pulse Rifle. She’s tough to eliminate, considering her HP. Doctor Slone can also clone herself, making it much more challenging. However, once you isolate her character form and eliminate her, you can add the Pulse Rifle to your loadout. This new alien-themed weapon is one of the better additions in Season 7, so protect it at all costs and be accurate. It respawns every match, and following this guide will bring you the same results.
Be cautious, though, since many players likely have the same idea and want to acquire the weapon themselves. A smart strategy is to land on the outskirts and grab some loot before attacking Doctor Slone or the other enemies landing in the middle of the map. There’s no right or wrong way, but a well-thought-out approach will yield positive results more often than not.
