Florida Mayhem have officially released Kevyn “TviQ” Lindström from their roster.
It’s a sad day for veteran Overwatch fans, as the Florida Mayhem have released the final original player that was signed from Misfits roster. The Mayhem announced that Kevyn “TviQ” Lindström has officially been released from their roster, which isn’t much of a surprise to fans of Florida after their recent plans to switch their roster for a full Korean team.
Thank you, @MisfitsTviQuE.
Yours has been a historic run, full of trials and triumphs. Since joining @MisfitsGG in 2016, you've contributed to some of our brightest moments as a franchise – and for that, we will always be grateful. We wish you nothing but the best. pic.twitter.com/lRLn9pURLX

TviQ has been around in the professional Overwatch scene since the beginning, having played for Rogue to start out his career. Rogue was a very successful team back in the day, even going as far as beating Lunatic-Hai in APAC Premier 2016. Other recognisable players from Rogue include Reinforce, uNKOE, SoOn, aKm & Overwatch legend INTERNETHULK, who acted as a trial coach for the team. After a successful run with Rogue, TviQ was signed to Misfits, where he was then signed to Misfits Overwatch League team, the Florida Mayhem.
TviQ became a household name in the world of Overwatch, with his lasting legacy as a player and his three times playing with Team Sweden in the Overwatch World Cup. Teams should definitely consider picking him up as a DPS player for their team due to his extensive hero pool and impressive talent that he has.
