How to Use Night Vision Goggles in Phasmophobia

Now that you know exactly how to get the special goggles, you need to know how to use them in your game. As we all know, ghost hunting in the dark is not only terrifying but it is also confusing at times because you simply cannot see anything. Before you can properly register where the Ghost is and what they are doing, you get killed. This is where our fantastic Night Vision Goggles come in, they can help us combat this situation quite easily. Another amazing thing is that not only does it grant the player wearing it night vision, but it can also be accessed like a normal camera with night vision inside the van.

Our special goggles brighten the visibility of players substantially by giving them a green point of view. It is like a filter for normal vision which is green and lets you see in the dark. Not only does it let you see in the dark, but it also illuminates the blind spots that could not be seen in normal vision thanks to Phasmophobia’s bugs and glitches. It is like a proper filter because we normally see the UV light sticks added light in purple, but with the goggles filter it looks white, like a visible light spectrum.

To use or equip the Night Vision Goggles, you have to go near the item and press the “Pickup” item button which is by default “E.” Once you pick up the goggles, they will be placed in your head inventory slot and now you can turn it on or off. To turn the goggles on or off, you have to use the “Special Ability” button which is by default “T.” It is quite easy to use the goggles as their mechanics are quite similar to that of the flashlight of previous tiers of headgear equipment.
