100 Thieves Acquires Keyboard Manufacturer Higround

100 Thieves enters the keyboard equipment space, acquiring the manufacturer known as Higround.
Lifestyle brand and esports organization 100 Thieves announced today the acquisition of Higround—a company known for its “graphic gaming keyboards.” It's the first acquisition for 100 Thieves as the organization ventures into the PC equipment business. Keyboards, in particular, have become a fashion statement of sorts in the gaming world of late. Some recognized 100T as the gold standard of esports apparel, so it only made sense.
The Los Angeles-based keyboard manufacturer fits into the 100T vision, emphasizing high-quality designs and a sleek appearance. 100 Thieves and Higround already announced an exclusive drop that promises to fly off the shelf rather quickly.

Higround took to Twitter with its announcement, stating its excitement to work alongside a titan in esports.

The organization welcomed Higround to the family with a tweet of its own.

Higround's first collaboration with 100 Thieves, dubbed the capsule launch. Due to release on October 15, the drop includes a geographic-style 100T keyboard, a jelly bag, and a hoodie. It's unclear how much stock will be available, but 100T-branded items don't usually last long.

Hopeful buyers can acquire the first-ever 100 Thieves x Higround release at 12 PM PST / 3 PM EST this Friday. It'll be interesting to see what other plans the two parties have for the future. One thing is for sure. This is just one step for 100 Thieves in their quest for esports apparel and equipment dominance.
