Through a new “Insider” video that showed 16 minutes of new in-game footage, Rocksteady gave fans a sneak peek at the the game's upcoming traversal mechanics that'll help them explore Metropolis, the open word map almost twice the size of Gotham from the Arkham games.
“Traversal is at the core of our game” revealed the developers. The game features a co-op mode that supports upto 4 players along with a cosmetic-filled battle pass.

The game is also set to feature “seasons' of post-launch content, along with a battle pass that'll refresh every season. The campaign can be enjoyed solo or co-op, but players will require a steady internet connection for playing in co-op mode. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will feature some additional characters unlockable by purchasing a paid tier of the battle pass.

The official FAQ on Rocksteady's site finally gave fans info on the game's “controversial” Battle Pass, revealing that the pass would only be cosmetic related and not affect gameplay in any way. Players can utilize the pass to earn new outfits, and items to customize playable characters. The game will feature a new battle pass during each season of post-launch content. The pass will feature a free-tier for all standard edition purchasers and a paid premium tier that players can avail via an “optional in-game purchase.”

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Preorder Bonus and Prices

The standard edition for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will cost players $69.99 USD via Epic Games and Steam. The Deluxe Edition on the other hand, is priced at a whopping $99.99 USD.

Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition of the game will receive a 72 hour early access to the game , starting from January 30 on PC via Steam and Epic Games, Playstation and Xbox Series S/X. The Deluxe Edition pre-order bonuses also include a premium battle pass token Four Justice League Outfits, 3 Black Mask themed notorious weapons along with 4 Squad Golds themed weapon dolls for each Squad member.

On the other hand, players who pre-order the standard edition will only receive 4 classic and 4 rogue outfits as bonuses for each member of the in-game Suicide Squad.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Release Date

Rocksteady’s action-packed third-person shooter is slated to arrive on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Playstation platforms on February 2, 2024. Players who’ve preordered the game can experience it 4 days prior to the full release.
