LoL: Immortals Secure Revenge As Starting Top Laner For 2021

Immortals is taking a shot with younger NA talent in 2021.

Immortals confirmed tonight that Mohamed “Revenge” Kaddoura will be their starting LCS top laner for 2021. He is going to be replacing Kieran “Allorim” Logue, who was a player that was recently promoted from Academy himself.

Revenge might be an unexpected pick up for many. He played with the FlyQuest Academy team for 2021, where the team didn't have great results. However, he hasn't had that much time to prove himself. Because of this, Revenge still shows promise as a player to the Immortals staff. With such a focus on developing NA talent this year, this move definitely scores some bonus points for fans.

For Immortals, this isn't seen as quite an upgrade, but rather a chance of pace. They had a weak 2020 season and had many problems as a team. As a result, changes are crucial for 2021. While their whole roster isn't locked in yet, bringing fresh faces aboard is a good strategy to go for and Revenge is a decent pick for them.
