League of Legends: FlyQuest Acquire IgNar from Schalke 04

The LoL Esports free agency period is just getting started but there are a ton of roster changes happening all around the world. ESPN reported that FlyQuest is signing Lee “IgNar” Dong-geun to their LCS roster.

IgNar has played on different Korean and European teams but will now make his way to North America. He is world-renowned for his support skills, but his 2019 season with Schalke 04 left some things to be desired.

Similarly, FlyQuest struggled during 2019. Though they managed to make it to the playoffs in Spring, their Summer Split performance was rough to say the least. Adding such an experienced and high-class support player in IgNar may be the difference this team needs to thrive.

FlyQuest has shown sparks of brilliance though and are hoping IgNar will be able to ignite something in the team. He performed well on Schalke 04 but was unable to truly make it work and push the team to the next level. This may be his chance to do so with another team.
