Svenskeren was announced as the Honda MVP for the 2019 LCS Summer Split after an impressive Summer with Cloud9 with 15 of the 19 games that C9 played over the Summer. Sven had an impressive 73% win percentage alongside an equally impressive 47% First Blood percentage. His kill participation percentage was also fantastic, sitting at 72.3%. This is the first time that the Danish jungler won the MVP award in the LCS.
Svenskeren and Cloud9 will be looking to stop Team Liquid’s 4th consecutive title in the Summer Finals on Sunday, August 25th. This would be the first time C9 win the LCS since they did so back in 2014. Svenskeren would win the title for the first time since he left TSM back in 2017.
