To remove your helmet completely, hit the pause button and go into the item menu, where you’ll find all of your equipment, both equipped and not equipped.

Look for the helmet that you have equipped, click on it and click Remove from the dropdown menu that appears. And that’s it, your headgear will be unequipped and you’ll be able to see the beautifully crafted face of your Arisen.
