Goose Byte’s The Signal Game Announcement Trailer

With the release of a trailer, Goose Byte has announced the existence of The Signal game, a third-person multiplayer open-world survival craft game. In this article, we have decided to give you all the information we currently have about this new project developed in Unreal Engine 5.

The Signal story

In the world of The Signal, the last humans left alive have left the Earth to look for a new place to live. These humans, referred to as climate refugees, go as far as an uncharted alien planet full of mysteries and dangers, in order to find a new place to call home. In order to survive, they will have to understand as soon as possible how the new ecosystem of this planet works, gradually gaining skills that will allow them to build infrastructure, vehicles, and equipment. Furthermore, during the exploration, ancient alien artifacts will also be found which will lead to cryptic patterns. Their task will be to explore the world to discover its secrets and determine their fate.

The Signal open world

The world of The Signal is full of things to discover, including strange life forms, alien artifacts, and strange phenomena. Players will be challenged to traverse many types of environments (tranquil glades, peaceful meadows, rolling hills, damp muskegs, wind-sheared canyons, molten lava fields, and frigid tundras) to search for answers and do whatever they can to survive. You will be able to scan the flora, fauna, and various points of interest scattered around the game world, all to try to clarify. Furthermore, it is very important that you pay attention to how the environment reacts to your presence, as it is a fundamental aspect of continuing the expedition to this planet.
